Rooted in experience
NOOZE is rooted in a personal shift.
After years working across gastronomy and social environments, my relationship with alcohol changed.
Therapy was part of that process, and at some point it became clear that continuing to drink was no longer an option.
Stepping away from it opened up a different perspective — on presence, on connection, and on what a great night can actually feel like.
NOOZE was created from that space.
A space that is open, welcoming and considered — for those who are sober, sober-curious, or simply looking for something different.
